Refund policy

At Rescue Pets, we want you to love your purchase.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. You may try your bracelet during this period. If you are not satisfied, contact us for a refund—no explanation required.

To start a return, email support@rescuepetsshop.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of receiving these instructions and keep your proof of shipment.

Return Costs

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return shipping costs when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

We refund the price paid for returned items, including applicable taxes, to the original payment method. For a complete order return, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for optional express delivery are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Refunds are issued within seven days of receiving the return or valid proof of return, whichever comes first. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact support@rescuepetsshop.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

This satisfaction guarantee does not replace or limit your legal rights, including any applicable cancellation rights or remedies for faulty goods.
