Shipping policy

Rescue Pets ships to destinations available at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Our standard advertised timeframe is dispatch within 24–48 hours, with estimated delivery within 8–15 days. Any different destination-specific timeframe will be disclosed before purchase. Delivery timing may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for orders containing three or more items, as advertised. Charges for other orders are displayed before payment. Any applicable import duties or taxes not collected at checkout will be disclosed before purchase where required.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation and available tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delays and Missing Orders

If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer cancellation with a full refund. Where required, we will obtain your agreement before extending the shipping deadline.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact support@rescuepetsshop.com. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Address Changes

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately to request corrections; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
